What is Tapping?
“Tapping” is another term to describe the Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). This Energy Psychology technique of tapping on various acupressure points on the face and body helps to regulate and calm the nervous system. EFT/Tapping is a powerful release technique helping to heal and remove blocks and barriers, and assist in getting in touch with and accepting our feelings and emotions.
Reduce stress on your issue(s) while gaining energetic support from the group.
As it turns out, when we tap alongside others in a group or shared community experience there are also positive changes that can happen in us (this phenomenon is called 'borrowed benefits').
Each session the group will choose a topic or issue to collectively tap on.
